On Thursday 26th May many of our clinical staff at the  practice will be attending an important training event arranged by the Clinical Commissioning Group. There will be a reduced number of appointments available on that day. If you require urgent medical assistance please inform the practice reception. The practice will open as usual at 8.30am the following day.

When We Are ClosedNHS111_(2)

If you require urgent medical treatment and feel you cannot wait until your surgery is open, please phone the new out-of-hours number on 111. Calls are free from both landlines and mobile phones. If you ring the surgery there will be an answer message detailing this.

Please be prepared to give an account of your problem and the doctor will make an assessment based on what information he or she is given.  A visit may not be necessary, and you make be asked to attend either the Frimley Park base surgery or else Milestone Surgery. Sometimes advice is all that is required.

Frimley Park Hospital - Accident and Emergency

Should the problem involve an accident where a bone is broken or stitches required it may be more appropriate to go straight to our local A & E (Casualty).  This is on Portsmouth Road in Camberley. From Farnborough drive north towards Camberley and the hospital is well-signposted. The phone number is 01276 604604.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
